These Terms of Service explain the rules and responsibilities for using Struv Digital PayGate website, software tools, support services, and payment workflow services.

1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Struv Digital PayGate, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional rules or written agreements that apply to your use of our services.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Struv Digital PayGate.
2. What Struv Digital PayGate provides
Struv Digital PayGate provides software tools that help approved businesses connect payment workflows, checkout pages, payment links, and account-based payment systems through Stripe-powered services.
Struv Digital PayGate provides the software layer only. Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms, verification, and approval.
3. What Struv Digital PayGate is not
Struv Digital PayGate is not a bank, money transmitter, lender, investment provider, payment processor, legal advisor, tax advisor, or financial advisor.
We do not independently process payments, hold customer funds, issue credit, provide banking services, or guarantee that any business or user will be approved by Stripe or any payment service provider.
4. User responsibilities
Businesses and users are responsible for their own products, services, pricing, taxes, refund decisions, fulfillment, delivery, customer relationships, customer support, legal obligations, privacy obligations, and compliance with applicable laws and Stripe’s terms.
You are responsible for making sure that any information you provide to Struv Digital PayGate, Stripe, customers, or other service providers is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
5. Stripe-powered payments
Payment workflows connected through Struv Digital PayGate may use Stripe-powered services. Stripe may require identity verification, business verification, risk review, account approval, additional documentation, or ongoing monitoring.
Stripe may approve, restrict, suspend, hold, delay, or reject payment services according to Stripe’s own terms, rules, risk standards, and legal obligations. Struv Digital PayGate does not control Stripe’s approval decisions.
6. No guarantee of approval or uninterrupted service
Struv Digital PayGate does not guarantee that any user, business, product, service, checkout page, account, or payment workflow will be approved by Stripe or any other provider.
We also do not guarantee that our website, tools, or services will be available at all times, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every business use case.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Struv Digital PayGate for prohibited, illegal, misleading, fraudulent, restricted, abusive, or high-risk activity.
Prohibited use includes activity listed in our Acceptable Use Policy, activity prohibited or restricted by Stripe, activity that violates applicable law, or activity that creates unacceptable risk for Struv Digital PayGate, Stripe, customers, or other users.
8. Account restriction, suspension, or removal
Struv Digital PayGate may restrict, suspend, disable, or remove access to our services if we believe a user or business has violated these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Stripe’s rules, applicable law, or any compliance, security, or risk requirement.
We may also take action to protect customers, prevent fraud, respond to legal requests, protect our systems, or reduce risk.
9. Customer disputes and refunds
Businesses using Struv Digital PayGate are responsible for their own customers, customer service, product delivery, fulfillment, refund decisions, disputes, and chargeback-related issues.
Customers who purchase from a business using Struv Digital PayGate should contact that business directly for questions about orders, products, services, fulfillment, refunds, or customer support.

10. Fees and subscriptions
If Struv Digital PayGate charges service fees, subscription fees, setup fees, platform fees, or software access fees, those fees will be shown or agreed to before purchase or service activation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, software access fees and service fees may be non-refundable.
11. Intellectual property
Struv Digital PayGate, Struvarion, StruvConnect, website content, service content, software structure, brand elements, design elements, and related materials are owned by us or used with permission.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt to duplicate our software, website content, systems, branding, or service materials without written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Struv Digital PayGate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, payment delays, account restrictions, Stripe decisions, customer disputes, chargebacks, or third-party actions.
Your use of Struv Digital PayGate is at your own risk. Our services are provided on an “as available” and “as provided” basis.
13. Third-party services
Struv Digital PayGate may rely on third-party providers, including Stripe, hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, security tools, or other service providers.
We are not responsible for third-party service availability, rules, decisions, fees, downtime, account actions, or terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Struv Digital PayGate after updates means you accept the updated terms.
