Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Struv Digital PayGate software access, service fees, and payment workflow services.

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

1. Software access and service fees

Struv Digital PayGate provides software access and payment workflow tools. Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, subscription fees, setup fees, service fees, and software access fees may be non-refundable.

Fees paid to Struv Digital PayGate are for access to software tools, support, setup assistance, configuration, or related services. Payment approval, business approval, Stripe approval, sales results, customer behavior, or business outcomes are not guaranteed.

2. Subscription cancellations

If a subscription applies, users may request cancellation according to the instructions provided in their account, agreement, invoice, or support communication.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing where applicable. It does not automatically create a refund for previous billing periods, setup work, software access, or services already provided.

3. Merchant customer refunds

Customers who purchase products or services from a business using Struv Digital PayGate must contact that business directly for refunds related to that business’s products, services, orders, fulfillment, appointments, subscriptions, deliveries, or customer support matters.

Struv Digital PayGate is not responsible for refund decisions made by businesses using our software unless Struv Digital PayGate is the direct seller of the specific service purchased.

4. Business responsibility

Businesses using Struv Digital PayGate are responsible for clearly communicating their own refund terms to their customers. They are also responsible for their own products, services, pricing, delivery, fulfillment, customer support, taxes, legal obligations, disputes, and chargebacks.

5. Payment processing and provider fees

Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms, verification, approval, rules, and fee policies. Stripe or other service providers may have their own rules related to refunds, processing fees, disputes, holds, reserves, or chargebacks.

Struv Digital PayGate does not control Stripe’s decisions, account reviews, payment holds, dispute outcomes, or processing fee policies.

6. Refund requests made to Struv Digital PayGate

Refund requests related directly to Struv Digital PayGate software access or services may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

When reviewing a request, we may consider the type of service purchased, whether access was provided, whether setup work was completed, whether support was delivered, whether the request is required by law, and whether any written refund terms apply.

7. No refund for prohibited or suspended use

If access is restricted, suspended, disabled, or removed because of prohibited, illegal, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, restricted, high-risk, or policy- violating activity, fees paid to Struv Digital PayGate may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
